“After hiring: How to avoid mistakes” Webinar with Claudio Ceper

Tuesday, March 23, 2021

18:00 – 20:00 CET

Dear All,

The chapter of Madrid of Bocconi Alumni, in collaboration the chapters of Monaco, Amsterdam and Luxembourg, has organized a webinar with Claudio Ceper from Bocconi University Career Advice.

During the presentation Claudio Ceper will give some precious advices on how to move in a new work environment once we have been hired. Upon entering the new organization, time comes for both parties to move on to the facts, giving value and action to the promises made in the pre-hiring phase. We will also find out what are the most common mistakes we might risk to make, and how to avoid them in order to ensure our successful career path.

Our speaker, Claudio Ceper, has extensive experience in the field of human resources and head hunting. He has been Senior Partner and Senior Advisor of Egon Zehnder and at present he works as mentor and career counselor for many companies and managers.

This webinar is free.

Nevertheless our chapter is strongly committed to giving back and investing in the future. For this reason we fund a scolarship every year for meritorious students and in particular now, in these times of crisis, for students that are passing through difficulties in continuing their studies because of the pandemic of Coronavirus. We do it because we believe that investing in young people and in their abilities is a very good way to improve the future and our society.

If you want to help us in our mission you can do so by clicking in the link below and making a little donation via Paypal to our fund Bocconi Madrid Giving or alternatively directy in the registration page. Thanks in advance for your help.
